Where the records come from
Venue information is best-effort, compiled from public listing language and venue-type patterns — not supplied by the venues themselves. Last researched 2026-09-10. No record carries a photograph of its property, so none is shown — each candidate is drawn from what the record holds rather than illustrated with a stock image of the right kind of building.
How many guests a room holds
4 of 1,103 rooms have a guest count backed by a floor plan. The rest list a number without a floor plan, or list nothing. Where a venue advertises a number on its own website we show it and say where it came from, but an advertised number describes an empty room — so for those rooms, how many of your guests fit is still a question to ask, and they are not marked clear.
How filtering works
Region, area, venue type, standing and guest-count filters only narrow the list. They never change how a room is judged, and an empty list is about the filters, not about the venues.
What this cannot tell you
This helps you evaluate and prepare. It does not confirm a date is free, a price is real, a license is current, or a room will suit you — and it promises nothing about the day itself. Open questions stay open until the venue answers them in writing.
