Venue-issued material is one useful route, not the catalog finish line. When a venue sends a plan, contract schedule or operating document, it is recorded here. The broader research program continues through independent corroboration instead of waiting for every venue to answer me.

The evidence classes, and what they mean

A class is earned by provenance, not confident wording. Raw third-party copy never becomes evidence just because it is repeated. Corroborated means the claim passed an explicit independence, de-duplication and agreement gate.

Documented

A file the venue issued and I hold. The strongest class here, and still not a promise about your date.

Corroborated

At least five independent external publishers materially agree after related-party and syndicated copies are collapsed. Strong planning evidence; current contractual, accessibility, safety, price and regulatory terms still need direct confirmation.

Stated

An email in prose, or something said on a call, written down with the date and the name of the person who said it. It survives staff turnover only as that note.

Patterned

A phrase read off the venue's own pages, or the typology's usual behavior. A claim about itself, held as a question. It cannot clear a hard constraint, and a capacity read this way can contradict a headcount but never clear one.

What happens when a venue sends something

1. One I generate a request naming the specific documents that record is missing — never a form letter. A person reads it, edits it and sends it. Nothing here emails anybody automatically or on a schedule.
2. Two What comes back is recorded by hand against the venue, with the date it arrived, who sent it, what the document was called, what it establishes, and what it still leaves open. The provenance is recorded before the value, and a record that cannot state its provenance is refused.
3. Three A document is published as documented. An email in prose or a sentence on a call is published as stated. That decision is made by how it arrived and by nothing else.
4. Four A usable capacity is written only from a plan or a posted-capacity certificate, and only as a document. A figure an operator says aloud is published in their words and does not size the room, because the fields that size a room mean a layout proved the number.
5. Five The verdict changes immediately, and the questions the document answers close. The questions it does not answer stay open and say so on the page.

A document a venue sends you can be dropped onto its brief, where it is graded by the same rules as one sent to me: the class comes from how it arrived, and the record moves in front of you. Nothing about that reaches this catalog. It is read from this browser’s own storage, it is on no server, it is not on your other machine, and clearing your browsing data removes it with no copy anywhere to restore it from.

Closest to a stronger decision record

Deepen a record until another public-source pass stops materially changing the planner's understanding. Layout-proven capacity and room configuration come before operating capability; then the evidence has to become an actual planning finding — what the room enables, compromises, complicates or rules out. When the remaining answer requires a venue document or booking-stage confirmation, the public pass is complete and the queue moves on.
